IF THE BIKE FITS
Whether you're a competitive road cyclist, triathlete, mountain biker or someone
who rides their bike along the river for fitness, it is important to be positioned on
the bike correctly. Research indicates that bike set up and pedaling techniques
not only improves cycling efficiency, but can also reduce the risk of injuries. It is
important that any adjustments made to bike set up is individually matched
to each rider's strength and flexibility limits.
t
This seminar will run through some common cycling injuries and how to set up on
the bike to best avoid them. Cycling specific strengthening and stretching will also
be discussed.
Off ‘n’ On Bikes will also provide different style bikes for display
purposes.
